License Agreement

THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND PHOTOTEMPLATER.COM. BY USING DIGITAL PHOTO TEMPLATES OR BUY IT, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT, DON'T BUY OUR PRODUCTION.

All Digital Photo Template(s) from Phototemplater.com is proprietary and copyrighted. All rights are reserved by Phototemplater.com.

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive right to use the Photo Template(s) in one physical location under one organization.
You may:
- use Digital Photo Template(s) for your clients and sell the prints for profit etc.
You may NOT:- sublicense, re-license, rent, sell or lease any of the Digital Photo Template(s) to third parties separate or independent from a specific product or website.
- sell the Digital Photo Template(s) in any digital form as your own such as stock, backgrounds etc.
- Copy or publish any of the Digital Photo Template(s) to a network or bulletin board, or otherwise distribute or allow any of the Digital Photo Template(s) to be distributed to.

All rights to the Digital Photo Template(s) are owned by Phototemplater.com and its licensors and are protected by international copyright laws, international treaty provisions and other applicable laws. Phototemplater.com and its licensors retain all rights not expressly granted under this Agreement.
